Donations
Ticket Turtle accepts donations from your patrons, both at the box office and online.
Recurring Donations
With Ticket Turtle, you can accept recurring donations from your patrons, either monthly, quarterly, or yearly. We don't normally store credit cards for security reasons, but for recurring donations, the credit card is stored in a special encrypted format. Even with administrative access, you can't read the card number, but you can run charges at the appropriate times.
Acknowledgments and Reports
Ticket Turtle automatically generates a batch list of donations not yet acknowledged on request, with labels and a merge file.
In addition, a full suite of reports allows you to analyze giving patterns from year to year, and assists with solicitations and receipts.
