One of the very unique things about Ticket Turtle is
the way we allow you to customize your patrons' online experience. One
of the ways we do this is through system messages.
For example, whenever a patron buys a ticket, they are
automatically sent an email. With Ticket Turtle, you write that email.
Your message will be included with details about the ticket purchase.
When the patron clicks on a link to your membership /
donation pages, they are presented with fields which allow them to make
a credit card donation (standard or recurring). Above these fields is an
area which you are allowed to configure. You can include HTML and
graphics in this area, so you can make it into an attractive, unique,
and informative part of your donation solicitation.
There's another large, HTML-formatted area on the home
page of the ticketing system (on the right), which you can use to
explain your pricing structure and promote your shows. Similarly, you
can upload an image and additional HTML for each show.
There are many other places where you can insert your
own custom messages to your patrons.
