Retail Items
Ticket Turtle's Retail Public Page enables your customers to purchase
any retail items you have for sale, such as t-shirts, coffee mugs, etc.
This page also is sometimes used creatively to sell class registrations
or other items.
The system then has the ability to process batches
of your online purchases for you to process the fulfillment of those
items and ship them off to your customers.
Passes
The Retail Page also is where any flex passes or flex subscriptions
will display for sale. You can sell a packet of any number of
tickets, specified to be used for any shows or all your shows. Patrons
purchase their pass then use their pass code to redeem it later for
specific tickets either online or through your box office. Passes
are a great alternative or compliment to traditional subscription
packages in that they give the customer more flexibility.

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are also sold via the Retail Page. Patrons
can purchase a Gift Certificate in any amount, input the recipient's
name, recipient's email (if they want them to receive an email,) a short
inscription message, and then print out the gift certificate to present
to the recipient. The Gift Certificate can be customized by you,
just like our E-ticket designs.
Remember, of course, that all the above can be sold and processed
through your box office as well.
