We charge a $500.00 set up fee at startup which covers your system configuration, completely branded public web page design, and personalized training.

Ticket Turtle's Simple Fee Structure


The ticketing industry has developed over the years in a way that often confuses rather than clarifies. This is reflected in the software itself as well as in the way it is priced for the client organization.

Many ticketing services charge only for tickets sold online. This is not in the best interests of an organization with a limited box office staff. Online sales can enormously reduce the time and trouble spent at the box office, and most patrons prefer to buy online.

By charging the same low fee for tickets sold online and at the box office, we encourage your organization to sell online. When your patron buys online, both you and they benefit.
