How does Ticket Turtle help me market my events?

Patron histories are stored in the system for you reporting and marketing purposes. Our list management system lets you target your market, output labels, merge mail files and send emails (complete with HTML formatting) directly out of the system at no additional cost. Do you have gift certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates can be sold and redeemed online or at the box office. The Ticket Turtle system stores any remaining amount for use with another transaction.

Does Ticket Turtle process contributions?

Yes. You can accept a simple donation with a ticket purchase. We also offer an integrated contribution system with Ticket Turtle Pro and a full membership management system with Ticket Turtle Premier.

Can my patrons exchange tickets?

Yes. You can exchange tickets for patrons in your box office, or you can give patrons the ability to exchange tickets themselves online.
