Ticket Turtle provides features which improve the experience of your
patrons, enhance your ticketing operations (both online and in your box
office) and reduce the load on your staff. Our customer service team will assist you
in initially configuring some of the features, such as pricing terms, at no
additional charge. Ticket Turtle is
designed for you to easily manage yourself on an ongoing basis.
Other systems, such as the box office, are designed for daily use by staff who have
basic computer experience. These systems are simple, intuitive, and easy to learn.
Some of our customers begin by using a fairly limited subset of the features available.
Over time they learn more of what Ticket Turtle is capable of and
contact us to help them learn to use the full
range of features; from subscriptions and Turtle Passes, to the
reservation system, donation tracking, and more.
Our experienced support staff will help you get your account configured, and train you on basic functions.
