Answers

Ticket question?

Ticket Turtle is a software product that provides ticketing and data management software to performing arts organizations in the US and Canada.

Our software works within the organization's website to allow you to buy tickets online. The organization from whom you purchased the ticket will be able to help with exchanges, refunds, or information about your ticket. Each organization has its own policies for exchanges and refunds.

The contact information for the organization from whom you purchased your ticket will be on their website, your confirmation email, or your e-ticket.

Credit card question?

If you see "Ticket Turtle" on your credit card statement, it means that you purchased tickets, paid for a class, made a contribution, or purchased retail from an organization that uses our system.

If you aren't able to recall a transaction involving a performing arts organization in your area, feel free to call us toll free at 866-788-7853 EXT. 145.

Please be aware that initiating a chargeback on your credit card will generate fees charged to the organization (often non-profit) even when you approve the transaction later.

Ticket printing question?

Tickets purchased online will open as a PDF (portable document format). A PDF is standard and readable for most all computers and browsers. Simply open it and print it out.

However, if you do experience technical difficulty, you can contact the organization that is presenting the show or event and they can assist you by having the ticket waiting for you at the door.

Ticket confirmation email question?

An email confirmation is sent to you immediately following your online purchase.

If you've not received the email please check your spam folder, it's likely that your spam filter is not allowing it to get through. If it's not there, contact the organization from which you purchased your ticket and they will be able to re-send the email.

Ticket exchange question?

Exchanges are governed by policy of the organization from whom you purchased your tickets.

If it is their policy to allow online self exchanges, your ticket confirmation email will have a link for exchanges.
